Is Carbon Fibre Legal in Australia?

Genuine carbon parts are legal in Australia when they meet the Australian Design Rules and your state's rules. The main one is ground clearance: in most states no bodywork, other than wheels and tyres, can sit below 100mm, and parts must not have sharp edges. Rules vary by state, so check with your state's transport authority before fitting.
